Innovally is an innovation platform that strengthens the digital and high-tech ecosystem in a public-private partnershipmodel, founded by the city of Almere and focussed on economical growth in Almere, Flevoland and beyond. We are the gateway, connector and accelerator for organizations and people shaping the technologies of tomorrow. Innovally brings startups, scale-ups, corporates, governments, knowledge institutions and investors together in one dynamic ecosystem. Innovally builds on the foundation of the Green Innovation Hub and expands its scope to a broader, future-proof focus on digital, high-tech and dual-use innovation.

HOW WE DO IT
Community, partnerships and open innovation Innovally activates the ecosystem through three interconnected program lines. Together, they create a continuous flow from engagement to collaboration and acceleration.
Community Program
We organize and grow an active innovation community at the front of the ecosystem. We bring people together through meetups, events, masterclasses and thematic sessions across energy, mobility, urban development, high tech and dual-use technologies. We foster knowledge sharing, peer learning and talent connections. We create visibility for innovators, ideas and emerging technologies, both physically and digitally. The Community Program is the entry point to Innovally: where connections begin and innovation takes shape.
Partner Program
We build long-term public–private partnerships that form the backbone of the ecosystem. We work with founding, corporate and domain partners to co-develop programs, challenges and initiatives. Partners contribute expertise, networks, facilities and real-world challenges, while Innovally provides positioning, visibility, ecosystem access and orchestration. Open Innovation Program
We turn challenges into solutions and ideas into scalable impact. We design and run open innovation challenges, co-creation trajectories, accelerator programs and pilot projects. We connect startups and scale-ups with corporates and public organizations around concrete use cases. We support validation, testing and scaling through access to funding, test environments, regulatory knowledge and international networks.
